Classix Collective is an ensemble composed of some of the most esteemed instrumental artists from Iași. Classix Collective reflects the artists’ commitment to the Classix mission of reinventing the classical music concert experience.

With extensive academic and artistic experience, the members of Classix Collective are known for both their solo performances and successful collaborations with nationally renowned symphonic ensembles, demonstrating the versatility of their musical talents.

Classix Collective comes to life during this fifth edition of the Classix Festival, aligning itself with a set of values that have been embraced since the very first edition: interdisciplinary collaboration, mutual respect, intercultural communication, and the internationalization of interpretative art in Romania. In doing so, they create a true hub of cultural connections in Iași, where local artists collaborate with international artists who share the same mission of excellence towards the audience.

The ensemble will approach a repertoire that departs from the so-called “standard” and is dedicated to each artistic concept of the festival. In the case of this year – the exploration of desire, including contemporary and experimental creations.
