Simone Roggen (Switzerland) is a violinist with a strong international profile. Trained in Bern and Lucerne, where she studied with Monika Urbaniak and Giuliano Carmignola, she has toured extensively across Europe and Asia with various ensembles and performs regularly as a soloist in Switzerland, France and New Zealand.

In 2017, she was invited to perform at Barbican in London as concertmaster of the BBC Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of Sakari Oramo, and since 2018 she has been associate concertmaster of argovia philharmonic and co-leader of Kammerphilharmonie Graubünden.
