Thibault Solorzano (France)


Thibault Solorzano (cello) was born in 1992 in Angers, France. Inspired and guided by his mother, a professional violinist, he began studying the cello at the age of nine and graduated from the Regional Conservatoire of Angers in 2010.

During this period he studies with Philippe Muller and participates in Jerome Pernoo’s masterclass. From 2013 he started studying at U.N.M.B in the cello class of Marin Cazacu and Răzvan Suma, (Bachelor 2017 – Master 2019) going on to play in the Violoncellissimo ensemble.

At the same time, he is a laureate of the “Paul Constantinescu” Competition 2016 – Second Prize 2, 2013 – Special Prize and “Mihail Jora” Competition in 2015, Third Prize. Since 2021, he has been performing with the Mihail Jora Bacău Philharmonic.
