Classix Festival 2024 – the contemporary classic adventure debuted in Iasi

The full program of the festival
Iași, February 19, 2024 – Last night the fifth edition of the Classix festival debuted in Iași, and the opening concert held at the Roman Catholic Cathedral “Holy Virgin Mary, Queen” in Iași was attended by over 1,500 people, and over 10,000 spectators watched the live broadcasts broadcast on the organizers’ pages.
As Patricia Brohanschi, Festival Director stated at the Press Conference held on the morning of February 19, „We are honored by the audience’s enthusiasm and willingness to experience the proposed contemporary classic adventure, especially since this is also this year’s artistic theme – the discovery of desires. We all felt this since last night, at the debut concert of Classix in the Roman Catholic Cathedral, which attracted the largest number of spectators to date. The entire festival promises a record number of visitors anyway, with some of the evenings already #soldout. We look forward with joy to the week ahead and look forward with excitement to the concerts that will be performed by the exceptional international artists and the related activities in the program of this edition.”
Classix Festival takes place in Iași, between 18 and 25 February 2024, and subscriptions and tickets are on sale online. The concept of ‘discovering desire’ dominates Classix Festival 2024, and this year’s theme invites culture lovers to join in a personal and introspective journey, encouraging them to explore the multidimensional nature of desire in the world of classical music, from the subtle, up to the passionate.
