The dialogue “VOCES Quartet: Stages, Backstage & Stories”, which will take place at Mihai Eminescu Central University Library, Iași, on February 25 at 16:00, will bring to the forefront five decades of artistic and human excellence, bringing together the voices of those who have written the history of the longest-standing Romanian chamber ensemble.

Moderated by musicologist Cătălin Sava, the dialogue will spark authentic memories with two of VOCES Quartet’s founders – Bujor Prelipcean and Dan Prelipcean.
A special guest will be Cristina Uruc – Director, George Enescu Festival, and Dragoș Andrei Cantea – Artistic Director, Classix Festival.

Together, they will unveil fascinating stories from behind the scenes of concerts, encounters with great personalities, the hidden challenges behind recording dozens of albums, and the moments that defined the next steps in their international musical careers.

Entry to the event is free, and the discussion will be held in Romanian.
