Classix In Perpetuum

In the terminus of the second contemporary classic adventure, I discovered a number of common values between western and eastern Europe. More precisely, between the German interpretation of a Russian nationalist, "arbitrated" by Enescu's sonorities in a space that evokes the traditions and masterpieces of Iași. Alexander Krichel presented two suites - Mussorgsky's huge and virtuosic exhibition of soundscapes, in parallel with the fusion of Romanian folklore and impressionistic tendencies of Enescu's second piano suite.
