1. What is Classix Festival?
Classix is a cultural brand redefining the experience of classical music through innovation, interdisciplinarity, and accessibility.
Founded in Iași, Classix Festival brings together international artists and creators from diverse disciplines, transforming the classical concert into a contemporary experience that connects music, visual art, and technology.
The mission of Classix is to cultivate a new generation of curious and passionate audiences, to showcase Romania’s cultural heritage, and to contribute to the revitalisation of the artistic scene in Eastern Europe.
2. When and where does the festival take place?
The 2026 edition will be held across several emblematic venues in Iași, between 1 and 8 March.

3. Tickets and Passes
* Each concert within Classix Festival 2026 requires an individual ticket, valid only for that specific event.
** Festival passes grant access to all nine concerts in the official programme, with reserved seats in the premium areas of the venues.
Access to events from Classix in Art and Classix in Focus is not included; participation details for these will be announced individually.
Tickets and passes are available on bilete.classixfestival.ro.
- Discounts and concessions:
15% discount for payments made with a BRD card (applied automatically when selecting the payment method); - 50% discount for pupils and students.
As part of the festival’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, Classix promotes equal access to culture for all.
We therefore offer free access to:
- persons with disabilities and their companions, upon completing the form available at classixfestival.ro/bilete-dizabilitati
- pupils and students from institutions of musical education, through dedicated educational partnerships;
- institutionalised minors from child protection centres (DGASPC), through the festival’s ongoing collaborations.
*** Children under the age of 5 enjoy free access, provided they are seated on their parents’ lap and do not disturb the performance.
The festival encourages early exposure to classical music, while preserving the serenity and quality of the artistic experience for all audiences.
4. Access and General Rules
- Access is based on scanning your ticket or festival pass at the entrance.
Festival pass holders will receive a non-transferable wristband, issued at their first validation, ensuring entry to all festival concerts. - Printing your ticket is not necessary; a digital copy on your phone is sufficient for validation.
- Reserved seats will be forfeited if not occupied 10 minutes before the start of the event.
In case of late arrival, access will be permitted only during breaks or between works, upon the invitation of the festival team. Spectators will be seated in available places indicated by the organisers, to avoid disturbing the artists or other audience members. - Pets are not allowed.
- It is forbidden to bring dangerous or bulky objects, illegal substances, or any items that may compromise safety or the smooth running of the events.
- Participants are kindly requested to follow the instructions of festival staff.
- Organisers reserve the right to carry out security checks at the entrance.
* By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to the use of photographic and video materials for the promotion of the festival and its partners.
** Some concerts will be streamed live on the official Classix Festival social media channels.
5. Concert Etiquette
- Mobile phones must be switched off or set to Airplane Mode during the performances.
- Flash photography and other bright light sources are strictly prohibited.
- Photography and filming with professional equipment are permitted only with organisers’ prior approval.
- To preserve the concert’s immersive atmosphere, please avoid moving during the performance.
In exceptional cases, entering or leaving the hall will be allowed only between works, during applause or transitions announced by the presenters. - The audience is kindly asked to maintain silence, attention, and respect towards the artists and fellow spectators, contributing to the unique atmosphere of each performance.
