Andrei Fermeșanu is one of the important voices of the young generation of Romanian artists, first soloist of the Romanian National Opera in Iași since 2012 and the owner of a special stamp of tenore di grazia.

Starting from 2021, he was appointed Artistic Director of the Iași Opera, and from 2022 he received the honorary position of Manager of the same institution.

His artistic activity includes constant collaborations with all opera theaters in Romania, including the country’s first opera scene, the Bucharest National Opera, and participation in the seasons of prominent institutions or European festivals.
