Co-founder of Overground Music/ Communication Manager Mastering the Music Business and Women in Music Romania

Iulia has been working in the Romanian music industry for more than 14 years. He is the co-founder of the management, booking and PR agency Overground Music, which represents some of the biggest names of the Romanian alternative scene, as well as some of its most important rising artists.

Since 2017, Iulia is co-organizer and communication manager of the Mastering the Music Business conference, the largest conference dedicated to the music industry in Romania.

Since 2020, she is the communication manager of Women in Music Romania, an initiative dedicated to promoting and supporting women in the Romanian music industry. He was one of the mentors of the Women in Music Mentorship Program, during two editions.
