Vincent Henry is the director of the French Institute in Iași and coordinates the institution’s activities in the Moldova region. A doctor in political science, he has held various positions in the field of university cooperation in Bulgaria, France, the Republic of Moldova and Romania. His academic experience is combined with an openness to cultural and artistic cooperation, which he promotes through the French Institute in Romania.
